Sierra Heating & Cooling LLC provided an exceptionally honest and thorough warranty assessment of our system. They visited to check an "elevated amps compressor startup" previously diagnosed by an aggressive competitor. The Sierra technician retested the American Standard 14 SEER Air Handler with 20kw and heat pump system in which Sierra had recommended and installed in July 2021. They did not validate the previous diagnosis, and confirmed the compressor is operating completely within standard specs. We were not charged for the visit! Great local company, we highly recommend them!
